The role of the QC department is to identify all the processes that might affect the quality and or standardizing of the desired end result and making sure that everyone in the organization involved in the process carries out the instructions in the same way. However, the QC department when it comes to TQM is to constantly re-evaluate the same processes and adjusting or changing them to make sure they work better for the customer and are more efficient for the business or company.
Since the QA tries to control and stabilize the process while TQM tries to improve them the role of the QC department is to establish the best practices to achieve either goal whether is standardized an already process or to constantly looking for ways to improve it.?Quality Control
