Glamour Express Beauty Salon (GABS) is a medium enterprise in the salon industry that endeavourers to contribute to the stylish appearance of all well-meaning people within and possibly outside Zambia. The organization specialties in beauty aspects such as hair styling, nail care and cosmetology among others in relation to fashion trends. The organization will employ a maximum of five employees per branch with knowledge and skills in hair styling, cosmetology nail care and customer relations. Employees may be sourced locally or internationally.
To regularly provide the optimum and most current beauty services in the immediate and surrounding area by being abreast with fashion trends. To create a workplace where all staff members have the opportunity to have similar benefits to those in other great industries through staff development and satisfactory remuneration. To extend our services to other areas of our town, country, region, continent or the world at large where issues of personal appearance, beauty and hair glamour are of paramount concern.

We strive to provide on-going education to clients on trends in the beauty industry with regard to styles, colors, and cuts O responsibility to our clients is to maintain a good reputation for quality service because we are knowledgeable about our industry.
We believe in customer satisfaction and service provision without discrimination with regard to gender, ethnicity, political affiliation, religion, socioeconomic status or age. Considerations at the start of our business We intend to locate the salon where a lot of people will go shopping at each day to attract customers, in the prime area of the town such as a busy street.
We would announce a grand opening and offer a special promotion such as to get one hairdo and get another at half price. This would attract a variety of customers to give our hair salon a chance to impress them. We will find shops to buy supplies from on wholesale and with a discount on hair products. We can sell some of it for retail price too such as shampoo and conditioners to customers. We need to make a visible chart that specifies prices for each service that our salon offers because people want to know how much each service costs.
We will make up price tags for each item we sell. We might consider a variety of payment methods by customers such as cash payment, use of credit cards or cheeses. On the overall cash payment is the best. We will put some magazines and posters in our salon for customers to look at while waiting. They would be entertained looking at different types of hair styles and to be able to show stylists what type of hair style they are interested in. Our salon will be open on weekends because people love to go shopping on weekends and especially payday.
