Friendships Do you have a group of friends that you’re really close to? Everyone has friends whether or not it’s Just one or if you have a million. In the book The Body, by Steven King, there is a group of friends that are so close to the point that they do everything together. The four boys go on an adventure together to find a dead boy and on this adventure they go throw some hard times. Like my group of friends, they stayed together. Friends always stay together no matter what. My groups of friends are also ally different from the four boys.
All friendships can be similar or they can be completely different. Whenever I’m down, whenever I need someone, my friends are the first to be by my side. The four boys are Just like that. Gourde, the main character, was always getting upset because of the death of his brother. Chris, Gourde’s best friend, was always there for Gourde when he needs a shoulder to cry on. When my friend and I have problems, we get together and Just talk about all the things that are going on, and if we need to cry on a shoulder we are there for each other. All my friends are extremely smart and in all different classes than me because I’m in lower classes.
It is similar to Gourde’s group of friends. Gourde is in all the smart classes and his friends are in the lower classes. They never get to see each other Just like me and my friends. In the book, the group of friends go on an adventure together to find a dead body. My friends and I go on different adventures also, of course not to find a dead body. We have tented out side and gone for walks in the woods at night. Those are really the only things that are similar between my friendship and Gourde’s friendship. First of all, Gourde’s friends are all guy, and my group of friends are all girl.
Boys and girls friendships are different. Like for instance, if my friends got mad at me and then we made up we would Just give each other a hug. But Gourde’s friends would do a special hand shake to make it all better. My friends don’t Joke around like Gourde’s does. We don’t make fun of each other’s mothers or anything that could intentionally hurt one another but for some reason Gourde’s friends do. Our families are really different. Gourde’s Friend’s Families are little crazy and abusive, but our families are aroma and aren’t abusive to their kids.
Their parent’s would hit them or ignore them but our families would be loving and care for us. And that is how we are different. There are over a million different friendships. No friendship is alike, and my friends and Gourde’s friends proved that. Our friendships did some different things but there was something that were similar. We had things like being there for one another that was similar and then being mean or saying rude things that was different. Everyone should experience different friendship because not one friendship is exactly the same. Essay on Friendship By moneylender
